The work was done in a professional manner. Mike, the owner of the company was cordial and professional. He was also very honest. We had requested replacement of all the wood---when the shingles were all removed Mike noticed that we only needed a minor wood replacement.

He immediately contacted my husband and advised that it was not necessary to remove all the wood. He saved us quite a bit of money. The workers were all very friendly and very professional. The clean-up was excellent. I was extremely pleased with the service provided by MLM Roofing and would strongly recommend the company.

Michael from MLM, provided me a price to repair the leaks and/or to replace the roof. Did not push for the higher priced job, just gave me the facts and called me a few days later to see if I had made a decision. I opted to go with a new roof. He started when he said he would, and he finished when he said he was going to.

In two days the roof was removed, plywood replaced, and a new skylight installed. MLM was very attentive and professional. I highly recommend them for any roofing job.

MLM was fantastic! I wasn't sure how legit the company was when I first found out about them. I had contacted 6 or 7 other roofers and MLM was the cheapest. I figured it was some fly-by-night company that would either just take my money and run, or would do a crappy job and disappear. I checked around the internet for all the info I could find (BBB, Google). There were zero complaints so I took a chance and hired them preparing for the worst while hoping for the best.

The job was amazing!!! They were there when they said they would be. Mike and his crew were extremely careful with our landscaping and the roof looks great! My father in law is very picky about they way people work and the kind of job they do, he finds faults in everyone, except for this time. he was amazed in the attention to detail that everyone at MLM had. He even went as far to say he wished he needed a roof too! I cant say enough how great they did. MLM comes highly recommended from me (and my father in law).

I retract my previous comment about this contractor because of a misunderstanding on my end. He was to call me back on Saturday not the next day Wednesday 3/11 as I stated before to confirm an appointment for Sunday 3/15. He called me and everything is fine.

Mike and his crew did an outstanding job on my roof and skylights. They were there on time and when they finished you never would have known that anyone had been here except that the new roof looks fantastic. We've been having the most unpredictable forecasts and we had to reschedule 2 or 3 times because it rained when it wasn't supposed to. Mike was really very professional in handling the need to reschedule even though it made his schedule crazy. His workers also were very meticulous. I watched them do their job and I can tell when someone knows what they're doing and displays a level of craftsmanship. Mike also showed me the different layers to the roof and how they would protect from leakage. I highly recommend them as they were highly recommended to me.

First: I needed a roof 3 years ago and as usual I thought I could do a quick patch and be done with it. It worked for a while then it got worse with more leaks until I knew I needed a new roof. As a responsible consumer I got 3 estimates, Mike was my last. If he was my first I would’ve hired him then. His personality and skill level was amazing. He spent over an hour showing me what needed to be done and how he was going to do it. He gave me an affordable price and showed up when promised. His crew were all polite and professionals.

Cleaned up everything and left the yard without a single nail anywhere. It's hard to find good, skilled, and honest renovators. Mike is very easy to work with. Had my roof, gutters, and two roof fans replaced, plus some other miscellanies work done. We did run into some issues with the electric for one fan and some fascia boards (none of Mike's doing). He fixed the problems without any additional cost. Nothing but praise for these guys. Mike came out in the early evening to inspect the roof and quote the repair. Mike and MLM did everything a professional contractor is supposed to do – that is why MLM got my business and others didn't. Mike responded to my call, came to my house and climbed up on the roof right away, gave me a fair proposal IN WRITING describing everything that was included in the price, gave me a very competitive price, showed up on time, did excellent work, cleaned up after the job, and even showed me pictures that were taken during the job. MLM Renovations recently put a new roof/gutters on our 105-year-old home. They removed the old roof, repaired rotten wood, corrected mistakes of a previous contractor and re-roofed which wasn’t easy (high old house). Mike gave a fair estimate with specific details on what he would be doing; he and his crew arrived for work when he said they would; didn’t leave until the job was completed (5 days); and cleaned up everything before they left. He and his crew acted in a professional manner and provided excellent quality workmanship. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting a job well done and done properly. Best quoted price and the only one that had references. Great company to deal with. Everything was done as stated in the contract. Although, there was a problem (not really a problem) where one of the gutters was broken while they were working. When I saw it, I did not say anything to them and just waited. To my surprise it was replaced with a new one at no cost to me... I will recommend them to anyone. I forgot to mention... There were other things I needed done while they were up on the roof... No problem, they took care of them also at no additional charge.

I had a very good experience with Mike from MLM. We had to have the shingles on our roof replaced. Mike came promptly to give an estimate, came up with several innovative additional ideas for the roof, and came in with the most competitive price. The work was good - and he installed an extraction fan too, plus a window. I highly recommend MLM for roofing jobs, and would certainly go with them again.
